Since I was a small kid, I've been attracted by pirate's tales about hidden treasures and treasure adventures. So I grew up with the dream of digging up my own treasure some day.
Prior to getting my first metal detector consulted the opinion of some experts who recommended the TRACKER IV to me because of their vast experience with it. Even letting me know how easy it was for beginners. Few years ago, I got my TRACKER IV which, after experiencing named it myself the "GREAT HUNTER" for the reason that I could gather so many finds such as hundreds of coins, quite a few relics, very old belt buckles, silver half dollars dating from the early nineteen hundreds, rings, jewels, etc. That made this detector so effective that I could not believe I had paid so little money for a tool of such reliability, accuracy, and easiness to operate. It is so easy to use that you just turn it on and start hunting without the hassle of tuning or ground balancing which are automatically done. This detector's features make it very attractive. For instance, the discrimination system will easily tune out or reject undesirable objects while keeping in good target valuable pieces. So it is as good as detectors costing much more money. Depth is another outstanding feature considering that I found coins up to 12 in. deep and, larger objects at about 2 ft deep underground. Unbelievable! It has lots of depth for the money. Its light weight is worth mentioning too, because it allows us hunting for extended periods of time without getting tired. As a beginner, this metal detector helped me gain a lot of experience, giving very much satisfaction on every one of my outings. TRACKER IV is just the perfect choice for beginners as well as for the serious coin and treasure hunter. Even suitable for the whole family.

Great Detector for the money!!!! I have found coins up to 8 inches in the ground. Recommend for a beginner! User friendly.

I got the Tracker IV in the mail about 3:00 in the afternoon, got it out of the box, put it together by 3:05, and went out side without reading anything and found a rusty bolt in my yard about 5" down at about 3:07. I'm very impressed. Just think of what I can do when I read the directions. Love it... very good for a beginner.

The Tracker IV is great straight out of the box. We were finding cool stuff since I've bought a 'better" model but use the tracker IV more. It is a great value and fun for the family.
